Online Workshops Give Free Access to Educational Ideas

Thirteen/WNET New York and Disney Learning Partnership have joined forces to create Concept to Classroom, a series of free interactive online workshops for teachers across the US. The nine monthly seminars cover a range of the latest teaching topics and methodologies. Each workshop contains tutorials, featured experts, online discussion areas and three live chat sessions with leading education experts.

The workshops are targeted at K-12 educators, including teachers, administrators, computer coordinators, librarians and media specialists. Workshops are suitable for all levels of Internet proficiency. Thirteen/WNET, New York, NY, www.wnet.org/wnetschool.
