New Releases - AIMS Multimedia

Educational Titles for Any Class

With DVD software gaining popularity in classrooms and computer labs, AIMS Multimedia has developed an extensive catalog of educational CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs. Each program includes a study guide, a leader's discussion guide, or the AIMS Teaching Module (a comprehensive classroom discussion and activity kit), all written by subject experts. DVD-ROMs will play on either a computer DVD-ROM drive or a commercial DVD player. The curriculum-based software ranges from preschool through adult levels, and covers language arts, social studies, math, science, humanities, health and guidance, substance abuse, and students at risk. More than 8,000 titles are available.

In addition, AIMS Multimedia has introduced DigitalCurriculum.com, a streaming video service for educators and students. Based on subject, grade levels, state education standards, or preferred text books, the Web site delivers streaming video programs correlated to learning objectives. The service will be offered free to schools for a 30-day trial. For more information onthis service, visit www.digital
