From Scantron Corp., www.courseval.com is a Web site offeringfree course and instructor evaluations and reports. The site gives courseinstructors and administrators the ability to deploy secure online surveys tostudents free of charge and without software downloads. Instructors cancustomize their surveys with pre-tested questions. When the survey is launched,the instructor can access its URL and corresponding reports page either on theWeb or via e-mail.

 

Students can connect to the survey from any Web browser.Their responses will be automatically processed by the www.courseval.com service, and fed to a database for dynamic reportviewing. A number of standard browser-based reports can be viewed byinstructors and administrators, including cross-tabulations, count and percent,and all responses for all respondents.
