New Releases - RISO, Inc.

Riso's new RP3790 high-speed digital Printer-Duplicator features three paper trays that can accommodate 3,000 sheets of paper for less user intervention. Its standard feed tray can accommodate 1,000 sheets of paper ranging from 4" x 6" to 11" x 17", while the two additional trays can accommodate 1,000 sheets each of letter-, legal-, or ledger-sized paper. Users can access one or more of the trays for each print job from a desktop PC or MAC, or directly from the glass platen, greatly increasing productivity and eliminating the need to stop for a paper change during a job. The RP3790's receiving tray also automatically adjusts to the paper sizes being used for each job.

The RP3790 incorporates all the advanced benefits of the new RP3700 digital Printer-Duplicator, including an integrated system controller that enables easy and seamless connection to virtually any PC or Mac; enhanced imaging software for high-quality output of both text and photographs; and a PCMCIA Document Memory Card that enables users to store jobs in the RP3790 and then print them directly from its control panel. In addition, newly designed print monitoring software lets users keep track of printing workflow efficiently from their desktop.

The RP3790 Printer-Duplicator can produce copies at speeds ranging from 60-120 pages per minute, and offers the option of 18 standard colors and an unlimited custom color assortment for spot color printing. Its user-friendly, large-format touch screen is intuitively designed for fingertip control and gives complete details of all operations, consumable level and queued jobs.
