Chancery Adds Three New Products

Chancery Software recently added three new products to its line of customized student management systems: HealthOffice 2000, TIP and KeepNTrack.

HealthOffice 2000 is designed to track every facet of a student's medical history. It offers 12 major health screenings, over 85 standard reports, and can generate virtually any kind of documentation needed by the health or administrative office. The system helps meet evolving state requirements, customize immunization records, identify students and services eligible for Medicaid and other state and federal health payment programs, and receive cost reimbursements.

TIP is designed to keep track of textbook inventory and reduce revenue spent on replacing missing textbooks. In addition to the many standardized reports that show the big picture, reports can be customized to meet a district's specific needs.

Finally, KeepNTrack is a complete volunteer/visitor management system designed to improve campus security, track volunteers and save clerical time. The automatic tracking system checks in and prints identification tags for volunteers and visitors at the front desk, keeping a record of activities and hours of service for each person.
