Adobe Support Brings Computer Clubhouses to L.A.

As part of its efforts to bring technology and mentoring to underserved youth, Adobe made a $6 million donation to the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network, which helped two new Clubhouses - Break Away Technologies and Y.O.U. Inc. - open in Los Angeles earlier this year. The Intel Computer Clubhouse is a creative, after-school learning environment where students in underserved communities explore their own interests and become confident learners through the use of technology. Adobe's software donations are providing these students with the technology they need to develop multimedia creations, electronic publications and Web pages.
