Math Arena Advanced

Sunburst Technology has released Math Arena Advanced, a rich practice environment that helps students learn to think fast as they work against the clock to solve math problems. Middle and high school students will be motivated to improve their pre-algebra and algebra skills as they train and compete against classmates in 20 Olympic-style math events. Aligned to National Council of Teachers of Mathematics' standards, the program covers more than 20 essential math skills, including geometry, visual thinking, problem-solving and algebraic concepts. Two modes of play - "train" and "compete" - allow students to practice skills at their own pace before challenging other students. A complete reporting tool provides teachers with detailed statements on each student's progress, helping teachers determine areas of difficulty. Prices for Math Arena Advanced start at $99.95.
