Theinstructor side of the cart features doors with a pair of two-point locksthat make it safe and easy for educators to insert or remove laptops andAC/DC converters; it also provides access to the cart’s six-outlet powerstrip and individual electrical outlets. This ensures students haveaccess only to the laptops themselves. The laptop cart also has twoventilated side panels that allow heat to dissipate while charging, aretractable 20-foot cord reel, and indicator lights connected to a bankof outlets with a 15-amp circuit breaker that shows when laptops arerecharging, and protects them from electrical overload.
