CoSN Opens New State Chapters

The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) has opened three new state chapters in New Mexico, Louisiana, and Georgia. These latest three state chapters were each founded by local CTOs involved in education. Denver Public Schools Selects ENCORE! for Special Ed Data Management

NetDay Extends Participation Deadline for Speak Up Survey

Responding to requests from hundreds of schools nationwide, the fourth annual NetDay Speak Up survey announced that schools and districts will have additional time to participate in the online survey that is collecting data on science, math, technology, and 21st century education from the nation’s K-12 students, parents, and teachers. The survey, located here, will remain open for input through Dec. 15, 2006. Over half a million students, teachers, and parents have already registered to take the Speak Up 2006 survey.
