PBS Teachers Offers Live Webinar for Educators Today

PBS Teachers, a portal for K-12 teachers that provides professional development, classroom materials, and other resources for education, is hosting a free, live Webinar Tuesday, April 7 entitled "Using 21st Century Resources to Enhance Math Teaching & Learning."

Co-hosted by Classroom 2.0, an online social networking community for education, the Webinar will focus on innovative ways to teach elementary math and science using media and technology.

The presentation is offered in conjunction with the PBS Kids math-mystery series Cyberchase, which is in its seventh season. It will be presented by a group of professional development experts along with educational consultants who work on the series.

The Webinar is scheduled to run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. EDT. All teachers interested in participating can register for free membership in PBS Teachers here.
