Long Description: The U.S. Department of Education is dishing out four year awards of up to $30 million to districts who incorporate local improvements in teaching and learning that increase student achievement.

Requirements: Districts must submit plans for personalizing education, adapting the class room to the learning abilities of all students, partnering with outside organizations to meet student needs, or providing educators with resources that can increase the speed of student learning and achievement.
