Think Through Math Adds Quantile Framework Assessments

Think Through Learning has partnered with MetaMetrics to add benchmark assessments using the Quantile Framework for Mathematics to its line of digital math programs, Think Through Math (TTM).

Designed for use in place of third-party assessments and included free with TTM programs, the assessments are integrated with lessons to make them easy to use and eliminate the time required to import data from other systems. "The embedded benchmarks accurately measure each student's learning gain across the school year," according to a news release, "and can be viewed by educators on their class, school and district level TTM dashboards."

The Quantile Framework is designed to measure student achievement level and identify the topics students are prepared to learn next.

"Think Through Math is having a positive impact on millions of students across the nation," said Malbert Smith, president and co-founder of MetaMetrics, in a prepared statement. "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with TTM and that our metrics fuel such an innovative math program. To continue to make gains in the STEM field, programs like TTM are essential."
