Apex Learning Adds Tutorials for College Prep

Apex Learning has launched College Readiness Tutorials, resources designed to help students improve their scores on the ACT, SAT, Accuplacer and TSI assessments.

"Personalized learning and focused instruction work together in College Readiness Tutorials to help students earn higher scores on the exams," according to a news release. "Pretest performance data identifies exact areas of weakness. Individualized learning plans direct students to the content they most need to review or learn with instruction that addresses a variety of learning styles and individual preferences."

Launching this spring, the College Readiness Tutorials will join collections focused on English, math, United States history and biology for students in grades 6-12.

"Our new College Readiness Tutorials go beyond typical test prep solutions and provide the instructional content necessary to ensure each student masters the skills and concepts necessary for success in college-level courses," said Cheryl Vedoe, CEO at Apex Learning, in a prepared statement.
