Formstack Launches Multi-User Collaborative Workflows

Formstack, an online form builder solution, recently introduced a set of automation tools that enable multiple individuals in an organization to manage forms and track progress across departments.

The new product add-on, Workflows, allows multiple stakeholders across an organization to review, edit and complete a single form. In addition, Workflows “tracks the progress of user workflows and times each step to identify communication bottlenecks and enhance efficiency,” a company news release stated.

For education customers in particular, Workflows aims to “eliminate paper and easily route student information between departments. Process financial aid applications, enrollment forms, evaluations, scholarship applications and more,” according to the company website.

“I’ve been waiting for Workflows for a long time,” said Mary Kilimas, network administrator at Grosse Pointe Public School System (MI) and Formstack Early Adopters Program participant, in the news release. “With regular forms, I would always come to a roadblock and wish I could do more.... I can accomplish much more with Workflows.”
