Ed Tech Company Intros New Platform for Delivering VR Lessons

A company that creates augmented reality and virtual reality education applications has launched a new platform for creating and delivering lessons to be taught in VR. VictoryXR Academy from VictoryXR enables the user to build lesson plans for a single class or a course.

To put together a learning program, teachers choose from an existing library of virtual field trips, 2D videos, custom classroom spaces and 3D objects and then add their own content.

Existing classroom sets include an astronomy center, biology lab, history hall and art gallery, among others.

According to the company, the software works with multiple headsets, including Oculus Quest, Oculus Rift, Windows Mixed Reality, HTC Vive Pro and Pico Neo 2.
