Introduction: 1105  Media ("CONTEST Sponsor") is offering this promotion (the "  CONTEST ") open to Universities, Schools and School Districts  located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C."),  (collectively, the "CONTEST Region"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant fully and  unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to  Universities, Schools and School Districts located in the 50 United States and  the District of Columbia ("D.C."), (collectively, the "CONTEST  Region").  The person submitting the Entry on behalf of the University,  School or School District must at the time of entry: (A) be living in the CONTEST Region; (B) be 21 years of age or older; (C)  have an active and valid e-mail address; (D) be employed either full time or  part-time, or be volunteering as an educator, administrator or librarian in a  University, School/School District in the CONTEST  Region; and (E) be authorized by their University,  School/School District to enter the CONTEST. (Home schools are excluded.) The CONTEST is void outside the CONTEST  Region, and wherever prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of CONTEST Entities, their respective parent companies,  affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, promotion, marketing and advertising  agencies, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as  including spouses, biological, adoptive and step-parents, children, siblings,  grandparents, grandchildren, aunts and uncles, and each of their respective  spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not)  of any of the above persons, are NOT eligible to participate in this CONTEST or to receive any prize. Subject to all national, federal, state, provincial and  local laws and regulations.
How to Enter: To officially be entered  into the CONTEST, entrant must complete both steps of the CONTEST. First step  is to watch the 1:28 second video. The next and final step two is to complete  the survey information and submit an essay up to 500 words detailing how a 3D  Printer would help your University, School or School District.  Entry into the CONTEST will open on September 9, 2015 at 12PM ET  and will remain open until November  30, 2015 at 11:59PM ET, by which date/time all entries must be received.  LIMIT one (1) entry per person. The CONTEST is not responsible for lost, late,  incomplete, invalid or unintelligible entries which will be disqualified. 
Prize: The CONTEST will be closed  in accordance with these Official Rules after 11:59PM EST on November 30, 2015. Entrants must  comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is  contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The CONTEST reserves the  right to disqualify any Entrant it feels, in its sole discretion, does not  comply with these Rules or that would be considered to be offensive to the  viewing public, damaging to the 1105 Media and Stratasys brands or unsuitable  for publication. Except where prohibited, potential winners must sign and return to  the CONTEST, within ten (10) business days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility  and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential  winner cannot be contacted within three days (72 hours) after the first attempt  to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of  eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an  alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all  eligible entries received.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a selected eligible entrant  from the CONTEST. The prize for which an entrant is eligible for entering is a Stratasys  3D Printer [$5,999.99] and $5,000 grant. 
Estimated Retail Value: USD $10,999.99
Winning Universities and Schools or School Districts are solely  responsible for all national, federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated  with prize receipt and use. No other substitution, assignment or transfer of  prizes permitted, except by the CONTEST, who reserves the right to substitute a  prize with another prize of greater or equal value. All potential  winners are subject to verification of eligibility before any prize will be  awarded. If a potential winning University or School/School District has a  policy, practice, restriction or agreement that prevents the University or  School/School District from accepting the prize, the prize will be forfeited in  its entirety and awarded to an alternate University or School/School District. 
Publicity: Except where prohibited,  participation in the CONTEST constitutes winner's consent to the CONTEST'S use  of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown  and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or  consideration.
Release: By entering this CONTEST,  entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, 1105 Media, each of their related  companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and  agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of  participation in the CONTEST or receipt or use of any prize.
Winners List: CONTEST results and a copy  of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped  envelope to 1105 Media, Attention: Stratasys 3D Printer Contest, 4 Venture  Suite 150, Irvine, CA 92618, USA.  Requests  must be made by December  31, 2015.
