Proview Technology’s PT-580 is a 15” thin film transistor (TFT) flat panel LCD monitor. Designed for use with either PC or Mac systems, the monitor is multimedia-ready, complete with a built-in microphone and attachable speakers. Its horizontal frequency of 30-60 kHz, vertical frequency of 60-85 Hz and bandwidth of 85 MHz enable software and Internet-based multimedia applications to appear as sharp as on a CRT monitor and with similar reaction times.

 

A single-knob on-screen display user control provides easy setting adjustment. A maximum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, dot pitch of 0.297 mm, and a maximum video refresh speed of 72 Hz ensure flicker-free image quality. The sharp image is further enhanced through a typical contrast ratio of 200:1 (light to dark).
