Timbuktu Pro for Windows 1.3 adds support for Windows NT 3.5.1, allowing machines running this operating system to communicate with Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and Windows 95 computers. Its unique cross-platform compatibility also extends to MacOS-based machines. With Timbuktu Pro, users can remotely and securely view, control and collaborate on documents and applications across the Internet or Intranets. It also provides instant messaging and file exchange capabilities on a peer-to-peer basis. Customers can purchase volume site licenses of Timbuktu Pro for Windows 1.3 directly from Farallon or order electronic copies for quantities of 100 or less from the firm's Web site.
