Sagebrush Simplifies Online Research Tool

Sagebrush Corp. has announced an exclusive agreement with Gemteq Software to distribute its eGems Enterprise software to K-12 and public libraries. Sagebrush has integrated the eGems technology into Pinpoint, its new easy-to-use online research tool that facilitates effective and efficient research. Using Pinpoint, students can search libraries, information databases, online subscriptions and the Web simultaneously. It also enables students to hone their list of results by allowing them to focus on a more limited set of results that are closely related to their desired topic. Using the eGems features that are integrated into Pinpoint, students can then capture content from electronic resources, create citations and store these pieces of content to be accessed via the Internet later. eGems Enterprise lets users conduct and organize electronic research by capturing content from electronic sources and organizing it into personal digital libraries, permitting the creation of online workgroups and collaboration for electronic research.
