Renzulli Releases Latest Online Learning Tool

Avon, CT-based Renzulli Learning Systems has released the latest version of its online learning tool, Renzulli Learning, which features more reporting and accountability features.

A Web-based system that helps teachers use differentiated curricula to promote student engagement, Renzulli Learning lets educators assess students on an individual basis to better understand their interest, strengths, and preferred ways of learning. It then helps teachers customize instruction for those students.

The new version incorporates four main features:

  • The Renzulli Profiler helps teachers assess what motivates students in approximately 45 minutes. It focuses on setting goals and life skills development based on student strengths.
  • The Renzulli Differentiation Search Engine matches safe, classroom-appropriate online and offline resources to student interests and learning styles in order to boost content and concept retention.
  • The Lesson Planning and Differentiation tools lets teachers and students collaborate on topics, assignments and projects. Teachers can distribute unique lesson plans for each classroom segment in fewer than 15 minutes.
  • The Total Talent Portfolio stores student projects and records individually to help educators track student progress. Teachers can access the data from anywhere at anytime, and can move student information between grades and schools.

Available to all schools and school districts, Renzulli Learning costs a maximum of $40 each up to 40 students, or $5,000 per school, regardless of the number of students. The system can be purchased with funds from Title 1, Title 2D, Title 5, Curriculum, Technology, or Special Education budgets, PTOs and parents.
