Pearson School Systems has released an update to Pearson Inform, a data analysis tool for K-12 schools. The new release, Inform 4.2, adds a new Academic Intervention Plan feature for planning individualize and group instruction.
Inform is an analysis tool designed for measuring and comparing student, class, and school performance data to help develop improvement plans. It captures data from student information systems, assessments, and data warehouses to generate reports and provide comparative and longitudinal data.
The latest 4.2 release now includes features for developing intervention plans, through the Academic Intervention Plan feature, "for any group of students who need instruction outside of the regular academic program, such as remediation activities for struggling students or enrichment academics for gifted students," according to Pearson. "With this new feature, Pearson Inform now fully supports the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework and helps school districts meet state and federal mandates and reporting requirements."
The new version is available now. Additional information can be found at the link below.
