Greeley-Evans Weld County School District 6 in Greeley, CO announced this week that it's deploying Infinite Visions Enterprise Edition ERP software from Windsor Management for financial systems and human resources.
"We wanted a comprehensive and highly automated solution to handle our financial and human resources processes. One that offered our employees online access," said Meggan Sponslor, budget director for the district, in a statement released Wednesday. "Infinite Visions offers all of these capabilities and based on Windsor Management's track record for successful implementations, we expect to be up and running on-time and on-budget."
At Weld County, the enterprise suite will be used for financial, purchasing, human resources, payroll, warehouse, fixed assets, and state reporting modules, according to information released by Windsor.
Infinite Visions is an ERP for human resources, payroll, and other administrative functions. It also includes iVisions, a Web delivery system for employee self-service and benefits enrollment. Infinite Visions Enterprise Edition, built on Microsoft SQL Server, offers integration with Office and various other enhanced features.
Windsor said the contact with Weld County SD represents a $1 million investment over five years.
Greeley-Evans Weld County School District 6 serves about 18,500 students in 35 schools.
