Bridges.com Extends Product Offerings

Bridges.com, an education and career-planning provider, has released Bridges-to-Careers, a flexible curriculum that integrates career development concepts, academic- and vocational-skills building, and technology. Bridges-to-Careers includes hands-on standards-based lessons that combine traditional methods with user-friendly technology to promote assessment, career exploration, job search and decision making for everyone.

In addition, Bridges.com announced improvements to its other products: Career Futures; Choices, Choices CT and eChoices; and CX Online. The Choices line now features the new O*NET Interest Profiler, encouraging learners to explore their interests and connect them with future work possibilities. The new OnTrack accountability feature lets teachers review students' progress and produce accountability reports. CX Online, the online career exploration resource for middle and high schools, now includes a new Paying for College section, a daily Student News page and new trivia questions. Career Futures and the Choices products also feature Career Clips 2002, a multimedia option that provides 200 occupational video clips with actual workers on the job, including 40 new clips added for this year.
