New Cases Accommodate Devices Up to 11.6 Inches

Trident Case has introduced a new cover designed to protect laptops and Chromebooks up to 11.6 inches in size.

Trident has a patent pending on the new TechJacket Case that it is says will offer drop protection from up to four feet. Students can open and use their devices without removing them from the case and, according to information from the company, the cases are rugged enough for classroom use.

Key features of the TechJackets include:

  • Anti-skid protective corners;
  • Access to USB and charging ports on the device;
  • Shock-absorbing lining;
  • Nylon straps that adjust to different laptop and Chromebook sizes; and
  • Reinforced corner guards.

The TechJacket cases come with either black or grey exteriors and are available at a suggested retail price of $49.99.

The new case is being introduced during the ISTE 2015 conference June 28-July 1 in Philadelphia.
