iNACOL Unveils Free Webinar on Google Apps and Personalized Learning
The International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL) will host a free
Teacher Talk Webinar next month designed to examine the use of Google Apps for Education in personalized learning.
The webinar will be presented by Chris Aviles, education technology coach at Fair
Haven School District in New Jersey. Aviles "will share how teachers are using Google Sites for communications, curriculum, lesson plans,
assignments and evidence of learning for students and parents," according to a news release, as well as "his journey of using technology to
better meet the needs and interests of all students while improving learning outcomes."
"With new technology tools to power personalization, educators can differentiate instruction and provide flexible pacing in ways never
before possible at scale, providing all students with rich, interest-driven learning experiences that collectively prepare them for success in
the college and career of their choice," said Susan Patrick, president and CEO of iNACOL, in a prepared statement.
The hour-long webinar will take place Thursday, September 17 at 6:00 pm Eastern. Visit
