Follett Unveils New Curriculum Support Service

Follett today unveiled plans for a new service that aims to help school districts find curriculum that complies with Common Core State Standards.

"Follett has developed a new way for educators to efficiently access Common Core physical or digital content from thousands of publishers through one source," explained Tom Schenck, president and COO of Follett School Solutions, in a prepared statement. "Regardless of how early or far along districts may be in the implementation of Common Core standards, Follett technologies applied by our content experts can help identify and deliver the content educators want and need."

The new curriculum service is designed to support the needs of local school districts. Follet's Titlewave technology, a "curriculum search and alignment tool", enables districts to locate the specific titles they need from among the system's library of publishers and resources.

The company plans to make its new service available this October. For more information, please visit Follet's Web site.
