Questionmark OnDemand Adds New Assessment Reports

Questionmark has unveiled a new version of its assessment management platform.

Questionmark OnDemand is a software-as-a-service product that provides assessment reporting, scheduling, delivery, and authoring tools for formulative quizzes, diagnostic tests, low-stakes tests, and medium-stakes, and high-stakes exams. Assessments can be used with Web browsers Internet Explorer, Safari, and Firefox on iPhones, iPads, iPod Touch, and Android devices. The Questionmark app is available for Apple and Android devices.

All material is hosted in Questionmark's climate-controlled D3 data center, with SAS 70 Type II certification, which has generator backups and 128-bit encryption SSL security.

The latest version includes three new reports:

  • The assessment completion time report, which lets users track completion time and overall results. Participants who take little time to do the assessment and receive a high score will be marked as suspicious owing o possible cheating. In addition, participants who take a long period of time to complete the assessment and score a low result will also be flagged because of the possibility of memorization;
  • The demographic report, which offers results by demographic variable, such as language, race, gender, location, and military rank. The report can handle up to 100 variables; and
  • The question frequency analysis report, which allows users to take a look at participant responses to certain categories of questions such as fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice, true/false, and multiple response.

Other reports offered in Questionmark OnDemand are: survey reporting, diagnostic reports and gap analysis, coaching reports, and course evaluation using four standard reports. Reports can be filtered by assessments, demographic fields, participant names, topics, and dates and date ranges.

All reports can be distributed in HTML, PDF, or CSV formats.

There are three options for pricing: pay as you go, per assessment; annual contract, per assessment; and annual contract, unlimited assessments per named participant.
