Basic Skills SW is Modular, Flexible

Designed to meet mandated requirements and guidelines, STAR 2010 has been developed solely for adults and at-risk learners. Every lesson in every module of this basic skills program is relevant and focused on addressing individual learning styles.

The STAR 2010 curriculum is built on the fundamentals of adult education: relevancy, privacy, flexibility and control. Learners are taught how to solve problems and think critically while acquiring necessary skills they did not attain in previous educational settings. The individualized approach provides a private learning environment where learners can maintain control and experience success.

The program includes a sophisticated management system that features ongoing diagnostic testing and an open entry/open exit system that ensures learners begin the program at appropriate levels. Invest Learning, San Diego, CA, (800) 927-9997. WD
