The Employment-Labor Law Audit (ELLA), a human resource-risk management auditing program previously available only in paper format, is now available in a diskette-based version. Designed to help institutions focus attention on their employment practices and procedures by providing a structured and systematic series of questions and analysis about legal, practical and employee relations considerations, ELLA gives users the ability to track multiple audits, compare audits over time and print out reports.
