The new SkillBuilders series for Macs, comprising three math and three English program, both introduces and develops skills. Topics are Perimeter, Area and Volume; Fractions; Parts of Speech; Grammar; and Punctuation. Each uses a set of controlled lessons and difficulty levels, correlated to textbooks and state assessment tests. Tutorial and remediation are for students, while teachers get practice and test formats to diagnose students’ weaknesses and measure their progress.
