Merriam-Webster has released an electronic version of its Webster's Third New International Dictionary, Unabridged. The CD-ROM includes over 472,000 entries, with a user-friendly interface and numerous search options. In addition, a Go Online menu links users to several Web-based resources, such as Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and Thesaurus, Merriam-Webster OnLine, Word of the Day, and Merriam-Webster's Word Central for children.
