Harcourt Launches Online Assessment System; N.Y. Offered Free Diagnostic Reading Test
Harcourt Interactive Technology has launched iloli (iLearningOnline), a
classroom-based, online instructional reading assessment system aligned to state standards that provides instant feedback and immediate test results to students, teachers and parents. The program allows teachers in grades 2-10 to measure the effectiveness of their instruction and student learning. In addition, Harcourt is now offering a public service program that invites New York eighth-graders to take a free online test. The test assesses student performance aligned to the New York reading standards prior to the January state reading exam.
