Ohio SchoolNet Focuses on Sharing Best Practices of Technology in the Classroom

This year's Ohio SchoolNet State Technology Conference is being held March 1-3 at the Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. The three-day conference will feature a variety of speakers, sessions, labs and student displays all focused on sharing best practices of technology in the classroom. The conference will host the Technology Coordinators' Workbench, an area designed to give technology coordinators hands-on experience with new technology applications. Ohio SchoolNet also offers concurrent sessions that will feature individual presenters, team or panel discussions, and live two-way videoconfer-encing. Students will be on-hand to display working methods of technology that they have experienced in their classrooms, and teams of teachers will be displaying projects and lessons that support Ohio's state standards in specific subject areas.
