Triumph Learning Develops Three State-Specific Versions of Waggle for Math and ELA

Triumph Learning, a publisher of print and digital resources for K-12, has launched three state-specific versions of Waggle, the company's digital learning tool for math and English language arts (ELA).

The new versions are aligned to the state learning standards in New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. The New York and Florida versions cover second through eighth grade, and the Pennsylvania version covers third through eighth grade. The company has also expanded its core version of Waggle to include second-grade curriculum for math and ELA.

Waggle's digital resources for students include interactive online daily practice exercises, and the state standard codes and definitions appear throughout the student's practice. The digital resources for teachers include real-time reports that indicate each student's proficiency, grit and pacing level. Teachers can also use Waggle's "Find Instructional Material" feature to locate associated lessons and resources in Triumph Learning's Coach curriculum. The Coach curriculum includes print resources for use in the classroom that can be paired with Waggle to provide blended learning.

W.E. Cherry Elementary School in Clay County, FL, had been struggling to find a product that was closely aligned to the Florida Standards Assessment (FSA), according to Angela Whiddon, principal of the school. The school has now adopted Waggle to provide its students with "daily practice and exposure to the format of the FSA," said Whiddon in a prepared statement.
