Incident IQ Releases Integration With Identity Automation's RapidIdentity SSO

K–12 workflow management provider Incident IQ has released an API-based integration for Identity Automation's RapidIdentity SSO solution used by hundreds of districts nationwide, according to a news release.

Incident IQ allows K–12 IT staff to build “intuitive, customizable help desk workflows that make it simple for end users to submit help requests, while providing support teams with data-rich help tickets,” the company said. “Technology downtime is a significant obstacle to K–12 instruction, and the RapidIdentity integration for Incident IQ provides a frictionless workflow for students and staff to get help fast.”

The RapidIdentity SSO integration is free to download and is available now for Incident IQ users, the company said.
