The Flipped Learning Global Initiative has introduced a new effort to establish international standards for flipped training. The standards are meant to ensure that educators are trained using the most current global research and best practices in flipped learning, according to a news announcement.

The new program will consist of training modules and three to six graduate-level micro-credential programs that can be combined to earn a full master's degree in education with a focus on online and blended learning in elementary and secondary education.
Each micro-credential starts with an overview of a construct or idea in personalized learning supported by research to help educators gain a deeper understanding of its importance in the learning process.
