Sen. Jacky Rosen is leading an effort to introduce legislation that would create and expand research in STEM initiatives under the National Science Foundation.
"Virtual Field Trips," offers interactive experiences captured during actual expeditions with scientists doing current research. Some of the trips include adaptive feedback and adaptive pathways. The resources are already being used in high school and college classrooms to supplement lessons in biology, earth sciences, geology, anthropology and other studies.

Pitsco Education is launching several solutions that tie together robotics and coding for K–12 education.
The University of California System has quietly begun accepting high school computer science credits as part of its curriculum prerequisites. CS will join engineering and applied science in the list of approved high school courses toward the university system's two-year college preparatory laboratory science stipulation.
