The Education Program promises to provide an effective methodfor instructors to obtain a high level of multimedia technical support anddocumentation. Features of the new Education Program include e-mail and interactivephone support, five self-paced training modules and a discussion forum formembers. Membership benefits include access to iShell’s source code andSoftware Developer Kit and savings of more than half of the regular price onmembership.
