FYI...The Boomerang Box

The Boomerang Box program teaches students worldwide about global trade, geography and the fields of transportation and logistics. The name refers to the way in which goods return from one continent to another through international trade. Based on a traveling 40-foot cargo container, the program includes a popular Web site where teachers and students can track the container's movements around the world, and learn about numerous aspects of international trade, logistics and transportation. Last year, the site launched a mobile classroom in a 20-foot container called Boomerang Box Junior. To start tracking the box, visit www.apl.com/boomerangbox.
