Iomega HDD Portable Hard Drive

Iomega Corp. has recently released the new Iomega HDD 60 GB Portable Hard Drive (starting at $379.95), an easily transportable drive for mobile users that includes software designed for worry-free protection of both applications and data. The Iomega HDD Portable Hard Drive gives the mobile user 20 to 60 GB of storage capacity, while giving desktop users 40, 80 or 120 GB of reliable storage in a slightly larger form factor. Both hard drives allow users to swap between USB 2.0 (backwards compatible with USB 1.1) and FireWire interfaces with optional cable-integrated interfaces, so that the drive can be used with different operating systems. In addition, both drives feature Iomega Automatic Backup software for backups and Symantec Norton Ghost 2003 software for disaster recovery. Iomega Corp., (888) 4-IOMEGA, www.iomega.com.
