Online Organizer Reduces School Paperwork

ParentOrganizer Inc. ( is an online service that promises to organize and simplify the process of communication between schools and parents by reducing the amount of paperwork sent home each day. Using this system, items such as schedules, forms, announcements and permission slips are no longer the students' responsibility to bring home. This reduces the possibility that paperwork will be lost or delayed on its way from school to home. ParentOrganizer is a Web application service that integrates e-mail, Web sites and interactive forms that are sent directly to parents by way of a daily e-mail reminder. Each daily e-mail is personalized so that it includes only the necessary information and relevant forms for each individual family. Parents are able to authorize field trips, pay for lunches, complete surveys and choose volunteer assignments all with the click of a mouse. So far, 11 schools have eliminated unnecessary paperwork and saved time and money by implementing ParentOrganizer.
