Edusoft Version 2.7

Edusoft (www.edusoft.com), a division of the Houghton Mifflin Assessment Group, recently unveiled a redesigned user interface and a more flexible test-alignment process for its Web-based assessment platform. Edusoft Version 2.7 helps school districts, teachers and parents track student performance across three kinds of tests: state exams, district benchmarks and classroom tests. It also enables educators to more easily find and assess information on student and district performance by identifying students’ strengths and weaknesses through real-time analysis of performance data, then connecting this information directly to remediation strategies. In addition, the new version of Edusoft offers a number of enhancements, including an updated Benchmark Assessment Locker, which allows administrators to quickly organize, manage and find benchmark exams; an expanded Help and Online Library, which is stocked with teacher and administrator guides that can be browsed online or printed; improved analysis capabilities; and increased access control.
