SunGard Introduces 6 New Web Forms for HR Software

Software company SunGard is updating its financial and HR program, BusinessPLUS, with new forms to help districts manage a host of administrative-related tasks, such as staff travel, expenses, and vacation time.

In all, six new forms are being added to the software, which is Web-based and regularly used by district administrative staff to manage processes like fund accounting, technology and purchase procurement, and personnel and payroll tasks. According to the company, the new additions had been specifically requested by customers.

The new forms are:

  • Budget Transfer Request, which allows administrators electronically route the request for approval.
  • Travel Reimbursement Request
  • Direct Reimbursement Request, used for more general expenses such as classroom purchases.
  • Travel Advance Request.
  • Personal Time Off Request.
  • New Vendor Request.

Each form also allows end users to attach documents, enabling them to provide things like receipts or tax documents directly onto the form for filing.
