Report: Drones To Police Chinese Students for Cheating
Students in China's Luoyang province will be monitored by drones to prevent cheating with electronic devices, according to a recent report in Wired
UK.
Students taking the gaokao, a two-day exam required to snag a spot in the country's higher education system, were using earpieces, cameras
in eyeglasses and other devices to collude with others in remote locations and cheat the test.
The new drone will hover about 500 meters above the classroom as the students take the test, scanning for wireless signals, the locations
of which will then be sent to a proctor's tablet.
