D2L Brightspace Creator+ Aims to Simplify Content Creation for Educators

Ed tech provider D2L has released an addon to its Brightspace learning platform. D2L Brightspace Creator+ provides tools for educators to design and create digital course content without the need to know coding and without putting a strain on teachers' time, according to D2L.

The tool allows educators to use templates to create content and provides pre-built elements to add interactivity without coding. Content is designed to be accessible and mobile-friendly. Other features include:

  • A video capture tool;
  • A content styling tool; and
  • A tool for creating practice exercises, with a variety of question types.

D2L Brightspace Creator+ is available now as an add-on to D2L Brightspace. Further details can be found at d2l.com/brightspace/creator.
