JG Consulting Unveils Online Superintendent Search Board to Attract Job Candidates

K–12 executive search firm JG Consulting has launched its online Superintendent Search Board to help school districts attract qualified job candidates. National job listings include superintendents, administrators, teachers, counselors, and support staff. Advertising is also available. Three price levels are offered, from free to two paid options.

The job board can be accessed 24/7 and allows school districts to create, manage, and edit their own profiles, classified job listings, event promotions, and published news articles, as well as get point-in-time traffic reports on how their listings are performing. Job listings can integrate with an existing district hiring platform, the company said. Advertising is open to other entities, such as local governments to promote their cities.

There are three price levels: a free version, a “Junior Varsity” version that offers more features for $100/month or $1,000/year, and a “Varsity” version, with a 15-day free trial and the most features for $200/month or $2,000/year. The pricing page explains what is included at each level.

Three instructional videos explain how to create a free listing, how to claim a listing, and how to purchase advertising. To watch them and get more information, see the FAQ page.

JG Consulting was founded in 2014 and partners with schools, school boards, cities, and municipalities to lead executive-level searches and provide organizational support, including executive coaching and professional development for emerging talent. Learn more at the company’s home page.
