Achieve3000 Adds Parent Edition to Online Literacy Tools

##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->

Internet-based instruction provider Achieve3000 has added a revised Parent Edition to its KidBiz3000 and TeenBiz3000 online literacy programs. Both programs are designed to improve writing skills, reading comprehension, and vocabulary for students in grades 2 through 12.

The Achieve3000 programs serve more than 500,000 students in 1,200 schools in 36 states. The Web-based tools offer differentiated instruction for students, delivering materials on a daily basis according to the level of the individual student. The new Parent Edition for KidBiz3000 and TeenBiz3000 is designed to complement classroom work by giving parents access to the work their kids are doing in school to keep up with their reading and writing progress.

As part of the Parent Edition, each week parents receive a Conversation Guide summarizing daily assignments and providing discussion questions. New features in the revised Parent Edition include a redesigned user interface, enhanced Web-based materials, and simplified reporting functions.
