New Version of Searchopolis Search Engine

N2H2, Inc. has launched a new version of Searchopolis just in time for the back-to-school season. Searchopolis, an education-oriented Web portal with filtered search capabilities, is offering a wider array of Web-based tools and educational resources free of cost to Internet users. It is Y2K compliant.

Some added features include Filtered Search, GradeChecker (a service allowing students and parents to view grades and missing assignments over the Internet), filtered or limited access e-mail, Teachopolis (administrative features for teachers), VirtualLocker (an online storage place for homework) and virtual post-it notes.
