Curriculum Advantage, Renaissance Learning Partner on Personalized Learning
Curriculum Advantage and
Renaissance Learning have partnered in an effort to make it easier for teachers to personalize learning.
As part of the partnership, Curriculum Advantage will integrate Star reading and math assessment data from Renaissance Learning with its
Classworks instruction suite.
"Classworks automatically imports Renaissance Learning Star assessment
data and delivers individual learning for students based on that data,
eliminating the need for an additional assessment," according to a news
release. "Students can immediately engage in Classworks research-based
instruction matched to their needs. The personalized learning paths are
automatically generated by Classworks software, with added flexibility
for teachers to customize for each student."
"Classworks and Renaissance Learning share the same goal — to ensure
that all students have the opportunity to grow and succeed," said Tracy
Boney, senior vice president of marketing and curriculum at Classworks,
in a prepared statement. "We are excited to give educators the power of
Classworks rigorous and engaging online instruction combined with
Star's high-quality assessment and learning analytics to more
efficiently and effectively personalize student learning."
