Time Detectives Solve Historical Mysteries

Students travel back in time with four young detectives to solve American historical mysteries in Rand McNally's Time Detectives for Hire.

The package's videodisc contains 25 interviews with experts and historical figures, 183 photos, 171 screens of text, 54 maps and five tutorials on how to obtain information from the various resources.

Among the subjects covered in the investigations are the development of the transcontinental railroad, the Boston Tea Party and the settling of California.
